This AUP applies to all use of the Services. Capitalised terms have the meaning in the Terms of Service.
Prohibited Content & Activities
- Illegal activities; infringement; defamation; harassment; threats; hate or discriminatory content; exploitation of minors.
- Malware, phishing, or attempts to bypass security controls.
- Sending unsolicited commercial electronic messages in breach of the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
- High‑risk uses (e.g., life support, emergency services) without written agreement.
2. Messaging & Rate Limits
Default fair‑use thresholds (unless otherwise agreed in an Order):
• Email: up to 100,000 messages/month/account.
• SMS/Push: up to 50,000 messages/month/account.
Smartpath may throttle or require plan upgrades if sustained usage materially exceeds typical patterns or impacts platform stability.
3. Security
Do not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Services; do not share credentials outside authorised users; implement reasonable safeguards on Customer systems.
4. Enforcement
Smartpath may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate access for material breaches. Where feasible, Smartpath will provide prior notice and an opportunity to cure.
